What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Wet World Water Park Shah Alam is praised for its affordability and suitability for families with young children, offering a less crowded experience than larger parks. While parking can be a hassle and extras like tube rentals and food are pricey, many find it a worthwhile and budget-friendly destination for a fun day out.
"I bough the ticket and come, it's so hard to find parking. There's very limited parking it doesn't carther to the guests at all. We have to turn around and around looking for place to park. Then we llhen we finally got it. Apparently if you want the tube , you need to pay quite high and it's a long que to play. The tube is quite pricey even if you count you will return it and got a little bit of what you pay. It doesn't feel like a reasonable price for me compared to the quality of the service provided with the tube."

"Visited with my family and my review is as under.
Pros:
1- very economical
2- must visit if you have small kids. If you are a teenager then Sunway lagoon is a better option.
3- have 7-8 slides and all are good and safe.
4- have lockers , change rooms and showers.
5- not very crowded
6- great staff. Quite helpful
7- my kids (5 and 10) years old had the best time.
Cons:
1- the tube costs 25 Rm which I feel should be free.
2- not all rises are open at once which is sometimes irritating."

"We have visited this place few times. The entrance fees quite affordable if you bought it online, you can get around RM27 to RM30 for adult. While on site ticket is fixed at RM39 per adult.
We visited on Saturday, and arrived around 11.00 am. No waiting line and comfortably enter the place.
No outside food is allowed, however mineral/ plain water is ok apparently. As usual, the food sold inside is quite expensive compared to other water park that we have visited, such as Nasi Lemak RM16, etc.
Cabana is also available for rent, however we do feel it has been priced at high side, for Gold Cabana is RM200 + RM100 deposit.
Prayer room is available and clean. Toilet and shower room also clean, and there is one changing table for baby as well.
With all reviews above, it needs some improvement, however it still one of the fav list of our Water Park."

The Thrills of Wet World Shah Alam
The park also features dedicated areas for younger visitors, such as the Kiddy Typhoon Lagoon, a pirate-themed splash zone where children can safely play and enjoy water features. This focus on family-friendly attractions makes it a popular choice for those with young children.
While the park offers a good range of rides, it's worth noting that not all rides may be operational simultaneously, which can sometimes be a point of frustration for visitors. However, the overall experience is generally positive, especially considering its affordability.
Affordability and Value
Online ticket purchases can further reduce costs, with prices sometimes dropping to RM27-RM30 for adults, a significant saving compared to the RM39 walk-in rate. This value proposition is particularly appealing for those looking for a fun day out without breaking the bank.
However, visitors should be aware that while entry is affordable, additional costs for items like tube rentals (around RM25) and food inside the park can add up. Despite these extra expenses, many reviewers feel the overall experience offers good value for money, especially for families with young children.
Visitor Experience and Amenities
Essential amenities such as lockers, changing rooms, and clean shower facilities are available for guest convenience. The park also provides a prayer room, which is a thoughtful addition for Muslim visitors.
Despite the positive aspects, some visitors have pointed out areas for improvement. Parking can be a significant challenge, and the availability of tubes for rent, along with their cost, is a recurring point of discussion. Additionally, the food prices inside the park are considered high by many.
