Visitors generally find Miri Crocodile Farm a fun and engaging family destination with a vast number of crocodiles and a variety of other animals. The interactive feeding opportunities and photo ops are highlights, offering great value for the affordable price. However, some guests noted concerns about the enclosures for certain animals and the safety of proximity to some exhibits.
"Miri Crocodile Farm & Wildlife Mini Zoo near the Kuala Baram area is a fun family spot with many crocodiles and other animals. You can buy food to feed them, take pictures, and eat nearby. It’s very hot, so bring an umbrella and insect repellent. Kid love it"

"The crocodile zoo was really interesting and informative, and it was great to see these huge reptiles up close. The crocodiles were just hanging out in the water, looking like they were fast asleep, but then sometimes moved really quickly! The farm is nicely landscaped with large lotus and water hyacinth ponds, and it's a bit cooler there thanks to the trees the owners have planted. The grounds are nicely maintained but watch out after heavy rain when a few paths can be a bit slippery.
It's obvious that the owners are proud of what they are doing, so I hope they don't take the following as disrespectful or unfair, but I feel I must say that the enclosures for some of the other animals and birds aren't all that great or appropriate, really. I felt sorry for the sun bears; they walked up and down in their enclosure and looked bored and unhappy.
Having said that, I did enjoy the visit, not least because there's also a cassowary in one enclosure. I hope the family who run this farm and mini zoo get many more visitors so that some funds become available to upgrade some of the older enclosures.
This attraction is a little way north of Miri, and as far as I'm aware there's no public transport. If you don't have your own vehicle, be sure to arrange a pickup with a Grab or taxi beforehand. Not many drivers in the city might be keen to accept a ride."
