What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Old Courthouse is lauded for its beautiful heritage architecture, charming ambiance, and delicious food offerings, making it a popular spot for both history buffs and food enthusiasts. While many praise the comfortable atmosphere and clean facilities, some visitors have noted inconsistent service experiences.
"Beautiful heritage building with vintage interiors, and the piccolo coffee was great. Unfortunately, one staff member was very rude when we asked about ordering, even pointing toward the cashier with a large knife she was using to cut cakes. Very uncomfortable experience.
Other staff, including the cashier, were friendly, but the incident made me lose interest in trying the cakes. Disappointing service during my trip to Kuching. I hope customer service can be improved to match the place’s charm."
