I purchased more than 6 pants (ultra stretch jeans) with Uniqlo Malaysia and all of them found to be defective. The fabric were stretched and would not return to its original condition, leaving the pants with folded appearance. I contacted your customer care and their response is very disappointing.
Quote: "We would like to share that the jeans contains a material called polyurethane, which is stretchable and s subject to deterioration over time due to air humidity and ultraviolet rays. Although there are some differences depending on the handling conditions, it is said that the deterioration of polyurethane generally becomes apparent after after certain time and depending other factor as well. This is due to the fact that the fabric is more likely to deteriorate when exposed to heat or strong sunlight when it is wet and wrong hanging method. As this is not considered as manufacturing defect, we would not proceed with exchange/refund." Unquote.
This is clearly material defect and Uniqlo should not have used the material for making the jeans at the first. To learn the outcome of the investigation and your response to customer like me, is pathetic to say the least."

I did choose 7 items to try on. All shirts.
In fitting room attendant told me I can only try 4 items. I am like ok, no problems. So I asked him, once I am done trying the first 4 will you bring me down the remaining 3 so I can try them without having to leave the changing room. He said no and smirked.
So I asked. So you want me to get undressed try couple items then dress again come back and try other clothes? By this logic I have to leave dressing room 3 times just to try and decide on my purchases.
He said yes. So I am like ok. Bye.
