I stayed here with my family (3 adults) for my company’s annual dinner on Friday, and we booked the Deluxe King Room. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-designed. Perfect for a family stay.
One small detail that made us laugh was the glass-door bathroom. There is a curtain for privacy, but my daughter pointed out that it might make more sense for the curtain to be inside the bathroom instead of outside. Just imagine someone accidentally opening the curtain while you're doing your “business” ;p
Overall, it’s a very nice hotel. The only downside is the traffic heading into the area, but that’s expected since it’s located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Definitely a recommended stay for both family trips and special events."

"Hotel was great overall clean surroundings, clean and comfy room. Facilities were solid too, got a gym and swimming pool which is a plus. My favourite part was definitely the bathtub with a TV, and the fresh flowers in the lobby were such a nice touch.
But the downside… parking need to pay RM15 per day even though I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. Bit disappointing. And the wifi was super slow — I ended up using my own hotspot just to get work done.
Hope the hotel can improve on these things. Other than that, the stay was nice."

"Had such a lovely one-night stay at The Majestic Hotel! Our room got upgraded from a Deluxe King to a Junior Suite probably because we were celebrating our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful gesture from them. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable.
All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our package included dinner and breakfast buffet, and everything we tried was delicious. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free too.
Special shoutout to the team who helped us when our car battery died during checkout. They were so quick to assist and helped us jump-start the car. Unfortunately, we forgot to get their names, but truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
Overall, we’re really impressed with the service here and might just come back again because of how well we were treated. Truly a satisfying stay!"
