Reviews Summary

"Update at the end of this earlier review.
Earlier review:
Love the vibe. Great place to just sit and meditate. If going in the evening, go after 6 pm.
I grew up going to this temple. They have an amazing local history; the road beside their location was initially supposed to go through that temple, but the road was finally built beside it. Good move - because temples are both guardians and bringers of prosperity.
Bangsar has prospered over the decades and I believe this temple brings a good blessing of prosperity and safety to the area. I would never underestimate the power of a temple at the peripheries or hearts of districts, towns, cities and "tamans". Wishing patrons and surrounding life, a good future.
UPDATE ON 1 OCT 2025 : IF DONATING, PLEASE ASK FOR A CLEAR WRITTEN LIST OF THE FOOD ITEMS LIST (TO MAKE DONATIONS) . I got confusing replies from two gentlemen behind the counter, on 2 different days. They should by now, have a list written up rather than arbitrary minimums for booking food items for prasadam and annadhanams."

"I like the temple yet I had the worst experience during the visit to this temple. My first visit to this temple became the worst visit 😞. Never seen this kind of temple management people in my life also the priests are being choosy in doing the prayers for those they know and for those who are new to the temple. Some priests were telling mantras according to their wish and not doing the full version of the prayers mantras. Too much of the worst experience compared to the good. Hopefully they will improve in the future without choosing people that they know and don't. Visitation to the temples mainly are for inner peace but here I don't get any of it just get hurt with their behaviours!!! Thanks to Lord Shiva for keeping me calm inside the temple surrounding by seeing all these...😊😊😊"
