Overall its in a strategic location however it feels very inconsistent, on the one hand it try to mimic an upscale place but the 3rd world design of the small narrow and confusion car park along with lack of integrations of covered walkway to other important building made it feel off a bit. Lots of wasted opportunity"

Recommended as the crowd is still not much yet, hidden in the serene DC Mall."
