What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pavilion KL is a massive, luxurious shopping destination with a vast array of international brands and dining options, making it a top spot for a full day of exploration. Visitors praise its beautiful design, vibrant atmosphere, and festive decorations, though some find its sheer size challenging to navigate.
"Pavilion KL never disappoints. It’s one of the most impressive malls in Kuala Lumpur, combining luxury, great vibes, and endless shopping and dining choices all in one place. Located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, this mall truly feels like the city’s fashion and lifestyle hub — and in my opinion, it’s still one of the biggest and most complete malls in KL.
What makes Pavilion even more special is how beautifully it’s decorated during festive seasons. The Christmas displays are always stunning, creating a warm and magical atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. Whether you're coming to shop, dine, or just stroll around, the experience is consistently great.
Very recommended for tourists — this is a must-visit spot to really feel the energy and style of Kuala Lumpur."

"Bukit Bintang — especially Pavilion Mall — is one of Kuala Lumpur’s most visually striking and upscale areas. This is the city’s luxury circle, packed with top global brands like Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Balenciaga, and many more. The entire zone feels polished and high-end, from the storefronts to the interior design.
I visited in December, and the festive atmosphere made it even better. Massive Christmas installations, detailed décor, and brands showcasing holiday-themed displays created a vibrant, premium vibe throughout the mall. Even if you’re not planning to shop, the visuals alone make it worth visiting.
One thing to keep in mind: the traffic around Bukit Bintang is terrible, even though it’s mostly a one-way system. Cars barely move during peak hours, so walking or using public transit saves time.
If you want a luxury visual experience in KL, Pavilion at Bukit Bintang easily sets the standard."

"5/5 ⭐
Pavilion Kuala Lumpur quickly became one of our favourite malls. It has everything you could possibly want — food, fashion, beauty, cafés, luxury brands, high-street brands, and so many hidden gems. The mall feels complete and there’s honestly nothing missing.
The only thing not there yet is Sephora, but it’s already marked as “coming soon.” If you need it right now, there’s a full Sephora in the mall just opposite, which is super convenient.
The atmosphere inside Pavilion is stunning — clean, modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We loved the layout, the variety of restaurants, and how easy it was to spend hours here without even realising. Great mix of affordable and premium stores too.
Overall, Pavilion KL is a must-visit. One of the best shopping experiences in the city and genuinely a mall you can enjoy from morning to night."
