"Panda eyes bag shop right next to Central market place in Kuala Lumpur. Kuala Lumpur local people are great and friendly people was surprised to witness two scam artists working in Panda Eyes. Panda eyes HR should look into their staff and investigate with police. Two men working in the shop were so rude and physically aggressive towards tourists. Both of their horrible behaviour caught on video and they reported to police. They took money from the customer to change the battery for the watch. Battery was good but time was adjusting at all. When customer mentioned it’s not working asked for old battery and refund. They threw old battery and got verbal and physical with their customers. Obviously they over charged 25 Ringgit for wrist watch battery. Otherwise WHY wouldn’t they take their new battery back and give their old back? No skills to solve problems at all. Escalated small issue to aggressive behaviour don’t look good on business like PANDA EYES."
