Reviews Summary

Muzium Kraf Kuala Lumpur is praised as a free, informative cultural hub showcasing Malaysia's rich handicraft heritage. Visitors appreciate the diverse exhibits, the opportunity to try batik painting, and the chance to purchase unique souvenirs directly from artisans. Some minor critiques mention small display text, but the overall sentiment is positive, highlighting its value as a hidden gem.

"Visited on the eve of Malaysia Day
Muzium is decent, 2 free in house activities .

Other than that, the experiences in the museum are kind of weak, something we need to learn from other top tourist destinations.

Having said that , must applaud the effort to preserve the local artists works.
Many small huts were built around the facility— dedicated to artists , who have been around the city for years. Some even 28years.

I hope Malaysia , continue to preserve the local artists work, they are the true soul of the country."

"The museum is just a part of tremendous complex devoted to the maintenance and development of various traditional Malaysian handicrafts. It is hugely informative, interesting and features not just literally all kinds of local handicrafts a very graphical way, but also, which is none less important, displays the personalities of country's most prominent craftsmen and women. Well done!"

"Place where you can experience the culture of Malaysian crafts: paintings, batic, adt, pottery, jewellary, lot of handiceafts.
There are small stalls where you can make your own crafts too.
Further, there are lot of masterpieces you can buy"
