One product was priced at RM 20 and the other at RM 15. The RM 15 item was missing a hand, so they removed the hand from the RM 20 item and attached it to the RM 15 one. Although the RM 20 product was originally complete, its leg had noticeable stains.
Additionally, I witnessed the younger individual discreetly removing components from the product while requesting a check from the staff. For instance, I saw that the product initially included a game token, which mysteriously disappeared after the inspection — presumably taken by him.
