Reviews Summary
Hartamas Shopping Centre is noted for its quiet atmosphere and diverse dining options, particularly authentic Malay and Kerala cuisine. However, some visitors find it lacks a wide variety of retail stores and can have expensive food options outside the food court. The mall's restrooms have also been a point of contention regarding amenities like bidets and staff conduct.
"The management, we are living in Malaysia and our culture to have bidet inside the wasroom. Idont understand since when we have to normalize that no bidet in the toilet. If you worry the toilet is wet you can you hand bidet which all big shopping mall using now. You think all your guest here not use any water inthe toilet? What kind of mind set is that. Your mall is not likeeee supper duper luxury that cannot have any bidet inside the toilet. Even BSC have hand bidet and super clean toilet.you avoid to have wet toilet but your toilet with no bidet gor hancing smell you know…so just make sure the cleaner do the job properly. Some time we notice the workers here or cleaner are aitting inside it dont know what doing. We wait for like more than 10mins to settle our business and when they come out we notice actually they just sit inside it."

“I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at the restroom today. After using the toilet, a female cleaner stood waiting outside and immediately scolded me simply because my feet were slightly wet. I apologized politely, yet she continued to raise her voice and speak to me in a disrespectful manner.
I did not misuse the restroom, I did not make a mess, and nothing I did justified the way she behaved. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect — not to be spoken to as if I had committed a serious offence.
I reported this incident to customer service, but there has been no apology, no explanation, and no action taken. This only shows a lack of responsibility and poor management. I strongly urge the management to take this incident seriously and ensure that staff are trained to treat customers with dignity and professionalism.”"

"This shopping mall is quite empty. There is not much places to go as there are very limited shoplets. Most of the eateries there provide expensive food and western food. There is also a supermarket inside.
Overall, it is a small and empty shopping mall. Nothing special about this shopping mall. The shopping mall is also not crowded by the time i visit."
