"The absolute best thing I did on a weekend trip to KL. I booked the package with access to the onsen, a facial and a massage. The onsen (separate ones for women and men) has 3 hot baths (silky, salt and herbal - salt was my favourite and warmest) and 1 cold plunge, and a wood sauna room. You are given disposal pants and tube top but can bring a swimsuit.
The hydro facial was also relaxing and my skin looked bright and plump after.
The signature massage also made me feel a lot less tension in my body.
The Emmebi Hair Spa is also located here - I had the hair spa treatment for itchy scalp which included a serum, hair wash and condition and blow dry.
On top of the services, you can order drinks and food in the communal areas - included in the price of the access. The service was quick and everything tasted delicious.
There is also a relaxation room with electric reclining sofas and a tablet and headphones for each seat - you can sleep or relax here after your treatments.
Open 24 hours and very reasonably priced for the quality of services and the facilities.
Also every single member of staff - from reception, therapists, assistants in the changing rooms, and waiting staff - was professional and friendly, which made everything such a smooth and enjoyable experience.
I can’t wait to return to KL just to come back here!"
