"One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.
I booked a 2-bedroom unit through Airbnb with AwesomeStay, and the experience was horrible. When I entered the unit, there was rubbish left around the place—on the couch, in the sinks, and the rubbish bin wasn’t even emptied. The bed sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. The entire unit was poorly maintained: walls, bathroom, kitchen, and couch were all in terrible condition.
The amenities were disappointing as well. The hairdryer was broken, and the WiFi password was only provided a day after my stay.
On top of that, I had to pay a RM200 deposit just to get the access card and room key, yet the service and condition of the unit were still unacceptable.
The common areas were just as bad. The elevators and floors throughout the building were filthy, adding to the unpleasant experience.
Overall, this was extremely disappointing. I strongly do not recommend staying here, and I will never book with AwesomeStay again."

"Convenient location near MITEC, which was the main reason I booked. Reserved through Agoda, though even listed as a hotel, the experience is more like Airbnb—you collect the unit key and access card from a mailbox after 3pm (Have to pay RM200 deposit before check-in). The studio unit was clean and came with basic amenities (shampoo, body wash, towel, hair dryer, steamer, toilet paper), but no toothbrush provided. Layout included a small kitchen, dining, and living area. The biggest downside was the aircon compressor—it was extremely noisy, and I had to keep the bathroom and bedroom doors closed just to reduce the sound. Overall, decent for the location, but not the most comfortable stay."
