"Our stay at The Chateau was so wonderful that even now, my family still fondly recalls our visit. Upon arrival, we were immediately ushered into a lovely, air-conditioned lounge and given delightful honey, lemon, and mint welcome drinks. Our host, Lyana, welcomed us with open arms and immediately informed us about all the vast activities in The Chateau’s vicinity, offering to arrange logistics and more.
When we checked into our two rooms, we were delighted with the cozy and luxurious atmosphere, paired with great amenities. Our dinner at La Viva that night was fantastic, and my kids were obsessed with the Carbonara pasta. The chef, understanding that we were vegetarian, custom-made a curry beehoon dish that we truly enjoyed.
After a pleasant sleep, breakfast in the morning at the tea room was nothing short of perfect, featuring a gorgeous mountain view paired with both buffet and à la carte selections. The mischievous monkeys aiming for our food were a little terrifying to most, but I found them mostly entertaining and expected, given that we were staying in the heart of nature. (The plush tigers that the staff use to scare away the monkeys were also very cute!)
It was a dream come true and a perfect way to end our holiday at Genting. We couldn’t have had any of it if not for Lyana, whom we thank to the moon and back for her generosity, hospitality, and heart, making Berjaya Hills truly a home away from home. 10/10 stay, we definitely will come back and recommend it.

"The hotel compound was absolutely gorgeous, in and out. We stayed in the one-room suite. The room was beautifully maintained. All hotel staffs were extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. Location is quite secluded and away from the city, perfect if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. There are no street lights on the way up though, so its very dark. Just something to take note of if you’re driving up at night.
Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure."
