"Had an amazing and relaxing 2D1N company team-building trip ! 💛 The resort was peaceful and surrounded by nature — the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. Our room was spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a fun day of activities.
The natural hot springs were definitely the highlight — so soothing and refreshing! 💦
However, we did notice that the toilet bowl in our room wasn’t very clean, which was a little disappointing. Hopefully, the resort can improve on that for future guests.

"Feel bad for this place. There’s a highway next to it. And a ln elevated train above it. New projects have taken away the nature and quiet. The pool as another reviews have noted isn’t the cleanest. Bits of paper floating around. Not sure where or why it’s in the pool. The breakfast was not the best. Another odd part. Around the pool is a large concrete fence that separates the public hot baths from the hotel. On the public side it’s painted and has murals. On the hotel side it’s a weathered concrete wall. Another oddity is you need a card key to get into the pool area, but also to get out. Makes it a bit difficult if you have a family and people are coming and going. Another observation of Malaysia in general is loud music played all over. At breakfast it’s bad music blasting."

"The room is just okay although the furniture looks a little old. The location is quite far from town, about 15 minutes drive from Bukit Tinggi. The food is simple and does not meet expectations. There is no network coverage need to use the hotel wifi. The reception staff is not so friendly with customers. There are no grocery stores near the hotel. However, there is a natural hot spring pool which can be a bit of an attraction."
