"Bad management, PIC dont even bother to reply tenant complaint Mr Kenny (not sure still exist or not) , makan gaji buta, cleaners not doing work properly on each floor using same dirty mop to clean whole floor until leave an unpleasant smells around corridor area. Lift very slow always not function, frequent no water supply without notice from management! Very poor handling property. Rental price getting higher, management fees collected monthly but terrible service towards tenant sucha waste 👎🏻"

"Quite place and nearby kl area. Very convenient. Besides the condo there is a speed99 mart, 7eleven, few eating places to dine in, self laundry. Many amenities & facilities around. They have sauna & steam room, water features, olympic size pool, fully equipped gym, tennis and squash place. Good stay for young couples, or with one child. Easy access to nearby highways."
