"I last visited Macau seven years ago, and returning this time, choosing to stay at Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao turned out to be one of the best decisions I made—and I’m already certain I’ll be coming back again.
I was lucky to receive an upgrade to the Elizabeth Suite (1 Bedroom Suite, 2 Double – 83 sqm). The room was spacious, beautifully designed, luxurious yet warm and comfortable at the same time. The bathroom was also large and remarkable, very enjoyable to take a shower and bath. My two-year-old son, who was traveling overseas for the very first time, absolutely loved the suite. When it was time to check out, he cried because he didn’t want to leave.
For breakfast, we had the londoner set breakfast at Chelsea Garden, which was delicious, with very generous portions that left us completely satisfied.
The staff were wonderful throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Although check-in and check-out took a bit longer since it was very busy around 3 p.m., the team provided such nice service that we never felt annoyed by the wait.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked the hotel again for our trip next year."

It’s a great choice for both families and couples. The hotel has direct access to the mall, which is excellent — offering a full mix of luxury brands, mid-tier shopping, and everyday options. Dining is equally varied, ranging from affordable food-court–style meals to high-end restaurants.
The room was very spacious, featuring a separate bed area, sofa, and seating space. The bathroom setup is excellent, with a bathtub, separate shower and toilet, and his-and-hers wash basins. Water is consistently refilled, which adds to the sense of comfort and care.
Transportation is also well handled, with limousine service available to Hong Kong International Airport, making departures smooth and stress-free.
Overall, an exceptional stay — luxurious, convenient, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a complete resort-style experience in Macau."

Plus, there’s a Lord Stow’s Bakery right downstairs in the mall, so you can grab delicious Portuguese egg tarts anytime.
