"I had an amazing experience at W Hotel Macau. Every request I made — from a late check-out, room upgrade, to having a room close to my friend — was handled perfectly by the staff.
The facilities were outstanding. The pool area, along with the hot and cold tubs, sauna, and steam room, were all very new and had a great atmosphere.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options.
A special highlight was dining at DIVA, the Chinese restaurant at the hotel. The service was top-notch. I ordered the set menu for 4 people, and the staff kindly accommodated my food allergy by offering suitable alternatives. I also wasn’t a fan of the original dessert, and they graciously changed it for us.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!"
