"A wonderful hotel with a team that goes above and beyond. The waitstaff, concierge, staff at the health spa - everyone - is so attentive and kind. We loved our stay at the hotel so much, we extended it. Food, and drinks (prepared by Eva at the Lounge) are the best. Restaurants (Lounge, Chinese restaurant on 3/F, and Japanese on the 9th floor, Sakura) are so good. Beautiful views of the Ocean. We hardly left the hotel, save walks on Hac Sa Beach. You can access the Family Trail from the end of the beach - a nice hike with beautiful ocean views."

Indian food options were available, which was a big plus. The hotel room prices were reasonable, though the food was a little expensive. Overall, the service, location, and ambiance were excellent.
