"Staff did not inform us correctly, they told us we could walk down from the upper elevator but never told us we could walk to the castle on the way down, because of this we bought a two way ticket. When we found out at the top the staff told us the man at the bottom should have told us about the possibility of going down via the castle, but they told us they could not refund the return fare. Although I didn't think this was fair as it was their mistake, next to this the staff at the top tried to help us as much as they could and he told me he would correct the employee at the bottom."
