"The hotel customer service is unacceptable. People working at the hotel have no idea what hospitality industry means and do not meet minimal standards. It's no surprise that hotel has no guests during the busiest weekend in summer. Entrance to the hotel is guarded by the gate which then is protected by a lady who is dressed for the work in the field, has not showered in a week and is afraid to talk to people. She has no decision making power and is sending messages to whoever is making decisions. Entering the hotel is very similar story. The receptionist is there not greet but to tell you that you are not welcomed here. We asked to see the room and this sounded to him as something out of space. We were told that they do not give tours although we did not ask for one. Hearing the customer, trying to help, providing standard information, welcoming doesn't exist in this hotel."

Not the least a beautiful dinner - also topped with edible flowers. We do recommend to take the time to visit. Unforgettable!"
