"Sigulda is BEAUTIFUL and well worth the visit. You must check opening times though! We didn't and went during the week in October and nothing except the Cable Car and an old Ferris Wheel was open.
The views themselves are enough to go there and the town has shops and food markets. It cost €2.50 to get there, but nothing was open. I imagine the weekend is totally different and the whole place looks fantastic."
