"We made our booking in Agoda and when we arrived the hotel didn’t have the rooms we had already booked. They offered us triple rooms instead of doubles. Although we had already paid they made us pay again the next morning and never gave us a receipt.
They basically charged us twice for something we didn’t enjoy.
Rooms are good but breakfast it’s pretty awful."

"Went to Pakse for a weekend and booked this hotel. The most important thing is the sleep you get. This hotel has SOFT beds. Most beds in Asia are like sleeping on rocks. This hotel has good soft beds. Best sleep in months. AC was good and quite. Room was clean. View from window great. Breakfast was mostly Asian but still has had eggs toast and sausage.
Nothing is perfect, TV in room not great. Hot water varies due to time of day and demand.
But overall a good hotel and would stay again."
