"If I could give zero stars to this place! I would! I have never been treated with such disrespect. We ordered food that we DID NOT get and then they forced us to pay or they called the police. The owner was an absolute disgrace. Tourists PLEASE BE WARNED! This place is horrible the food is bad and overcooked, the prices for rides are extremely overpriced. I really hope this business ceases to operate here, because from the terrible food and customer service they do not deserve to be operational. Many of the rides are broken and the wait for everything is extremely long in the heat. I hope another place opens and this one closes. They have a terrible system with the GoKarts and are simply trying to steal from their customers. I will be making more reviews of this place.
UPDATE: since the “owner” has responded in a very immature and inappropriate fashion. I will continue to admonish people to stay away. The owners response to my initial review clearly demonstrates how disgraceful this place is and they absolutely have no consideration for the quality of their place and customer satisfaction. Please proceed with caution and use this discourse as more reason not to attend. I will work tirelessly to ensure people are not treated this way. Absolutely reprehensible behavior"

"We took the 1 hour for 2800 each. Sent mpesa transfer to the lady as I don't have mpesa so I used an app to transfer funds..was asked for extra 100 for withdrawal. I enjoyed my time and yes they are focused on safety. I don't know what you got for the 10 minutes but I had training lap, qualifying lap 5 laps, and the race 10 laps. I'm not competitive but they didn't take into consideration the qualifying lap at all for the race but I didn't care. Some might, though, as it was not enforced. Very helpful staff on the track and also on the restaurant for the most part. I would give it 4.5 because of the lady presenting the winners disregarding my discomfort needing to be seated next to a fan because of extreme heat nowadays March 2025. I would recommend and yes I would go back. I noticed kart #14 was much more powerful than #6 when I tried. Winner had kart #1! First time doing karting hopefully not the last. I liked how safety measures were enforced it seemed professional. Didn't try the food, or anything else just the go kart
