"I had my first mountain biking experience here. With beautiful green landscapes stretching as far as the eye can see, you can also catch glimpses of snow-capped mountains simultaneously. Horses grazing and playing around added to the feeling of being in a fairy tale.
Falling on snowy trails and in muddy puddles while biking definitely left some memorable moments! 😅 If I lived in Almaty, I'd want to come here at least once a month."

"Simply splendid, if you manage to get up countless steep steps during the first 1/3 of the hike. There are no streams on the way to to the plateau but a few on top. Since it is an active horse grazing pasture one better use water filter when getting water from the streams up there to avoid stomach issues. Bus #12 brings you from the city for 25-50 cents, depending if you pay by Onay card/app or cash. Get off at Aq Bulak stop."
