"It’s right by the ojima komatsu park. In fact right after exited the ojima station one would enter into the park. There was a humongous grassy field and because it was a weekend multitude of people gathered with their friends or family to enjoy a picnic or sports activity.
Going around then it’s the riverbed. And it’s the walking path where Sakura formed on top. People taking walks jogging or cycling. Also there’s more trails close to the Arakawa river. It’s a huge park where everyone could enjoy themselves in such a nice weather."
