"This sake museum is housed in a wonderful old building which was itself a sake brewery before Toko took on the responsibility for renovating it. So glad that they preserved it!

It's worth checking if a guide is available to get the most out of your visit but you can also follow along with the English explanations. The exhibition of old merchant equipment and reconstructions of traditional rooms are really interesting and don't miss out on the lonely garden.
