"Ticket office attendant (young girl) at the disabled office had a bad attitude and not helpful. I thought her job was to help assist with tickets, but she seemed bothered when I asked a question. First time using the train system, and wanted some assurance about being on the correct platform. Apparently to her "I was not in need" & that office was the only one near the gate. She waved me away like I was a bother while it was my turn."
