Reviews Summary
Shirahama Energy Land offers a unique blend of educational exhibits and fun, interactive attractions, particularly excelling in its optical illusion and trick art sections that provide great photo opportunities. While some visitors find certain exhibits underwhelming or note additional costs, many praise its suitability for families and its overall value for an enjoyable day out.
"Best place and highly recommend for all the kids and adults also . And best places for picture mania. Service also very important and staff is very humble and best place for enjoyable day ."
Thanuri Dhananja
"Sad, blatant money grab where everything costs more than the steep admission. Exhibits are underwhelming, some exhibits that require staff like the dinosaur projection mapping were unsupervised.
Dino movie spoiler. Plot: a t rex breaks through a time warp created by scientists' time machine, and it's up to viewers to capture the t rex and bring him back to reunite with his t rex mate. As soon as they do, an asteroid comes to kill all life on earth, but they escape back to the present just in time.
I thought the digging for fossils might be worth it since my kid likes them but you need to pay money for different sizes of fossils you uncover.
The optical illusions were probably the most fun but we got through it in 5 min.
It seems like a lot of money went into creating this but all the exhibits feel like they fall short of being interesting."
