There were quite a few people here around 2pm on Sunday, but we were able to still enjoy the views. We walked here from Shirahama Beach, but you can take the bus or drive and find parking. We did not buy tickets; we just walked here and then walked onto the rocks. I think you only have to pay if you’re going on a guided tour."
