"Unfortunately a very negative review has to be left regarding Eyecon’s defective product and unpleasant service at this Laforet Store. Initially decided to visit the store because one of my favourite influencer was in their advertisement. I visited the store on the 11th of Dec, the very first customer in the morning. Throughout my time there, the shop assistant was busy minding her own business, and was considerably reluctant to answer my questions. The glasses I picked itself, as speaking of its appearance and design, was fabulous. It suited my face shape very well and looked great on me. HOWEVER, when the shop assistant was checking over the glasses for me, she did not mention an obvious defect which she ought to have noticed: the screw on the right temple was rusty which made the glasses very difficult to open. It would have been a reasonable defect for some second hand glasses. But for a pair of brand new glasses, defect of such reasonably renders it unmerchantable. I did inspect the glasses carefully but did not discover the defect on the spot, considering a rusty nail is not an obvious defect that a customer would have reasonably pick up anyway. When I returned to my own country, I had to visit glasses stores in my own time, with additional effort and money, to get the glasses fixed. For any future customers wishing to make a purchase at Eyecon in Laforet, I strongly recommend you to pay more attention to its product quality."

"Overall, a very cute and nice place people comparing it to Gentlemonster is quite accurate as the pair of glasses I bought was nice. The only thing was that i think it’s not prescription glasses that you could change but overall the frames of the glasses are nice as it is for accessories or decorative eyewear. The staff were really nice and helpful!"
