UNIQLO Tennoji MIO is a convenient, multi-level shopping complex connected to Tennoji Station, praised for its wide variety of Japanese fashion brands, character shops, and diverse dining options. "It was my first time visiting this shopping mall, and I really liked it.
Although it’s not very large, it has a wide variety of shops — especially Japanese clothing brands. There are also many restaurants and service facilities, including Japan Post and several banks.
Overall, it’s a pleasant and convenient place to shop and spend time."

"MIO is connected to the MIO Plaza building and the Tennoji station. There are sky walks going to other central areas and chain stores. There are storage lockers for your luggage 🧳 in multiple areas. I stored my suitcase in the food hall section; it's right around the corner from a dessert toast / parfait place and a Lolita store. Then off to do some last minute shopping before my flight!
They have a lot of fashion clothing here; Harajuku fashion at a mid-range price. I would have bought an intricate coat if it wasn't so heavy. There are also lovely home goods stores, a Daiso, some other typical Japanese chains, like GU and Muji. They also have a lot of jewelry and accessories stands, many girly items for teens.
As for food, they have some quick order places, food court type stuff, dessert cafes, bakeries, and those Asian fusion restaurants selling mainly noodles and sundaes. Two Starbucks as well. They basically have all types of Japanese food you can think of but all at a 3-star rating.
The 6th floor has a lot of character shops including Moomin and Totoro things. Pop Mart is there too fittingly.
The other good thing about this mall is the bathrooms are different on each floor, very themed with their own characteristics.
I am taking off a star because the place is not well-maintained. The worst part is if you have any issues, I am sure customer service will be unhelpful and only fluent in Japanese. The building is pretty old and therefore, dirty. It gets a lot of foot traffic being in the intersection of things. There is no wifi. The layout is whack and it is full of people in a rush to catch the train. You get the picture."

"Shopping mall within Tennoji area with around 9 floors of fashionwear for your eyes to feast upon. Place is quite hip and trendy in terms of design, and one can get so immersed while browsing around that you tend to forget time. GU outlet has just opened recently so it was a timely visit to this place to venture further."
