"I crossed on foot to see the roses at Nakanoshima Park. The sidewalks are wide and easy to walk on. The view of Nakanoshima, Dojima River, and Tosabori River from the bridge is also nice. Feel like an oasis in the city. The arch of Tenjin Bridge can be seen up close from the stairs going down to Nakanoshima, and it's worth it just to see it up close."

"We passed under Tenjinbashi Bridge on a river cruise.
The bridge's arch spanning the river was a graceful and sleek design.
As soon as we passed Tenjinbashi Bridge, we saw the Sword Fountain on our right.

When it was built in 1594 (the 3rd year of Bunroku), it apparently had no name.
It seems it began to be called Tenjinbashi because it was managed by Tenmangu Shrine.
I'm just repeating what our guide told me, lol.

The current bridge was apparently reshaped in 1934 (the 9th year of Showa) in conjunction with the expansion of Matsuyamachi-suji."
