What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Temma Station area is praised for its authentic local atmosphere and incredible, affordable food scene, especially its numerous izakayas. Visitors appreciate its convenience as a transport hub and its vibrant market streets. However, some find the lack of air conditioning in the station during summer uncomfortable, and the limited English menus can be a challenge for some.
"Typical JR Train station, nothing fancy about it. There is washroom inside the gate area, a 7-11 outside the gate station area. No AC so it is quite warm during summer."
Luke L'sk
"Very easy station to get a hotel/BnB near. It's conveniently one stop from Osaka/Umeda station, and is on the Osaka Loop line, meaning you can get to many places pretty fast! The station is also extremely easy to navigate, if I recall it only has two platforms (one on each side of the place you go upstairs from), and for a city this station was also pretty clean. Also some vending machines if you need a drink before heading out :)"

"Easy station to navigate, only 1 main exit and right in the middle of the market district. Also very clean and has a tiny 7-11 for basics."
