"We stayed one night at the Rihga Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall after heading north.
Parking was easy with plenty of spaces, even though we thought the lift was a bit small and needs some maintenance. The lobby was spacious and beautiful, and the front of house staff were kind and professional.
Our room was located on the west side, facing another tall building, so the view was not that particularly notable, but the room itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had dinner at the buffet restaurant. It was quite busy and we did not expect too many customers at the time but both the food and service were excellent. Japanese breakfast was delightful with authentic Japanese touches.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at the Rihga Hotel next time we are in town."
