"This hotel offers the best hospitality and guest services i have ever experienced. We lost our wallet and they checked everything and even helped us all the way when we went to the police where it was! Big thank you to Elsa and Hazuki that was fast and effective in such a stressful moment for us.
Not only with the issue of a lost wallet the service they provide even before getting to the hotel is amazing, with detailed answers to our questions and assistance with booking restaurants.
The rooms are beautiful, with a stunning view. The area is highly underrated.

We stayed in the Premier Corner Room, #5123. The view was absolutely stunning, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed.
The Club Lounge is generous in size, though the food selection felt somewhat limited.
We had breakfast at Cooka restaurant on the 19th floor each morning – the food was delicious and nicely presented.
Overall, we had a wonderful and very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended !"

"We love this hotel!!! The staff is very friendly here and it is situated in the Abeno area with lots of things to do. Rooms are very nice and the offer the ability to get in room massages which really helps after so much walking during the day. They also have a good size lounge area if you choose to upgrade. You are right above the train station so it’s very convenient to go everywhere"
