We came here once a year and this is the first time we met him, and he’s by far the best we have yet! We were a group of six and chose the Chef’s Course at Minami Teppanyaki, located on the 10th floor of Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and what a truly exceptional experience it was!
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and perfectly setting the tone for our evening. The food was absolutely delicious and every dish was thoughtfully prepared, using premium ingredients, and cooked to perfection right in front of us. 3 bottles of good wine making our night even more joyful and lively.
A special highlight of the night was Chef Ricardo, whose skill, professionalism, and friendly demeanor elevated the entire experience. Watching him cook was like witnessing a culinary performance. He was not only talented but also incredibly warm and engaging, making us feel welcome and entertained throughout the evening.The service was equally swift, attentive and polite.
It was a memorable and wonderful night for all of us. We left not only satisfied but genuinely impressed. Based on our fantastic experience, we highly recommend Minami Teppanyaki to anyone visiting Osaka and looking for a top-tier dining experience.
