We knew it was worth the wait when we saw the long line, and indeed: the wait was worth every minute! The moment we sat down, we realized we had found a special place.
The seating itself is an integral part of the experience: we sat right in front of the heated 'Teppan' table, and the food was served straight to us—hot, sizzling, and ready to eat immediately.
Then came the dish: the Okonomiyaki was nothing short of perfect. Precisely cooked, rich in flavor, with an unforgettable sweet-and-savory sauce. It’s a dish that comforts the soul and satisfies the palate.

"This was one of the best meals we had when in Japan. It was one of the first. We were staying at The Westin which was a 2 minute walk so perfect after a long day's sightseeing seeing. Super friendly staff and although the menu is all in Japanese the owner speaks enough English to help you. We really enjoyed the whole experience and were lucky to sit by where they cook the good. We ordered the only thing we could translate enough to understand, which was Modanyaki. It's a delicious savory noodle mess.
