"Located next door to USJ makes this very convenient for that surveying the park. A nice buffet breakfast each morning on offer and other restaurants are in the building.
Very close to the train station is also great as there is not a lot else in the area. There's a ferry across the Osaka Aquarium (discounted for guests) and a tour boat trip also leaves from this wharf.
A nice hotel with plenty of amenities and very friendly staff."

Travelling with kid, they provide kids stuff. They even gave us two free minion coo towel which a big help for visiting USJ in summer.
The room service also good and fast.
We left a cellphone in the room after check out and realize after leave the hotel. I called in and ask whether they could find the cellphone for me. They respond was really quick, they called me soon after they found it. I went back to get it and all the process was really smooth."
