Make sure you use a coupon to get an extra discount before paying. You pay at any cashier, & once you pay, head to the duty free section on the 1st floor, where they will give you a refund right on the spot once you show them your psssport.
There’s a train station within the Aeon grocery section. There’s a parkade nearby. Lots of eateries in the mall."
