As many reviews mention, there are no cafes or restaurants on site but there were several food vans serving crepes, hotdogs, noodles and chips, also candy floss.
The park was clean, several toilet blocks and well maintained paths.

"Awesome park to spend a day with kids - plenty of places for them to play, look for bugs, long slides, get dirty, run around and then sleep in the car on the way back.
There is also lots of nice easy trails for walks.
Since it's high in the hills there is a nice cooler breeze even in the summer.
Parking is 1010 yen for the day, recommend car park two as its closer to most of the things kids can play with.
The park itself is free."
