What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Minaka Odawara is praised for its impressive blend of modern and traditional architecture, offering a pleasant atmosphere. Visitors particularly enjoy the rooftop foot bath with castle views and the family-friendly, diverse food court. While not a massive complex, it provides a good selection of shops and dining options.
"Nice building mixing modern and traditional. There are sweet shops on the 1st floor, mid range restaurants on the 2nd , a superb food court and some more sweet shops on the 3rd, and if you take the elevator all the way to the 14th (not all elevators go up), you get rewarded with a free foot bath and amazing views of Odawara and the Odawara castle. A bit windy but there are some indoor areas to rest as well.
The food court was great! Had many baby chairs, a clean nursing room, the cleanest newest toilets I've seen in a food court, and a very fun/soft/safe baby and toddler playground . In love with the food court services!"

"A major shopping mall right next to Odawara Station. The ground floor is a food court with several bakeries, restaurants - The front of ground-level stores has an interesting architecture made it look like a row of small houses as in a village. There is an outdoor platform with tables and chairs for guests to sit down and eat. Looks like it is to target customers in seasons other than winter to enjoy outdoor air."

"We stopped by here after visiting the Odawara Castle to get some lunch and our food was delicious. We walked around the mall too which had a lot of different kinds of stores. They also had a large area with all kinds of dessert."
