What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
KidZania Koshien Nishinomiya is widely praised as an amazing and educational experience for children, offering a vast array of realistic professions. Visitors highlight the engaging environment and the memorable core experiences it provides. However, some find the registration process confusing and the food quality to be subpar, with the overall cost being a consideration for some families.
"My 4-year-old had a wonderful time here! The only reason I’m giving one star less is because of the confusing game registration process. Once you’ve committed to a time slot, you can’t register for additional games, and this wasn’t clearly explained. As a result, we only managed to play four careers and only figured out the system afterwards."

"This place is amazing. One of the best experiences for kids while I visited Japan. Everyone was friendly, and the focus on the kids' experiences is at the highest. It is best you book in advance, and you read through the steps. Definitely would recommend to any parents out there. These experiences are core memories for them. Even though my kids only spoke English, they accommodated well and made them feel welcomed."

"👍👍👍 Strongly recommended! One of the most highlighted experience for my visit to Japan.
✅ Even as a foreigner, the Kidzania provided an experience that is interesting and educating for young kids. My kid knows nothing about Japanese, and only a little bit about English, but she was so happy for the whole morning session.
✅ There were about 100 professions for kids to experience, and the environment, costumes, facilities, and games are so well designed and make the experience so real and interesting. It also provides education for the kids.
✅ I always admire Japan people for their love of their jobs and showing high extent of professionalism. They are so obsessed with details and procedures. I want my kid at least feel some of these professionalism during the plays.
💡Tips is that you can make a plan (if you can’t download the app in the JP app store like me) according to the available time slots for each experience showing at the screen at the entrance. My kid tried only 4 experience as we haven’t planned well, always ending the previous and then looking for the next. At around one hour before the closure of the session, almost every experience will run out of service."
