"I went there on October 6th using the Akanuma parking lot. It was raining pretty hard from near Nikko Station to halfway up Irohazaka, so even when we arrived at 10 o'clock there was still plenty of parking available.
The temperature was a chilly 18 degrees Celsius, but it was sunny from the Akanuma parking lot to Odashirogahara, so it was perfect to walk in just one long sleeve.
