What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Narita Dream Dairy Farm as a fantastic family destination, especially for its kid-friendly activities and beautiful seasonal blooms like sunflowers and sakura. The farm-fresh ice cream is a consistent highlight, though some note the need for cash for on-site purchases and the slightly secluded location requiring careful transport planning.
"Fun place with the kids. Went there when sakuras were blooming to it looked spectacular. We recommend to pay extra unlimited pass at 1,500 yen because there are several fun activities specially for kids such as bicycle riding, fishing, archery, short train ride and so on. Each of these activities cost 500 yen so just joining at least 3 makes it worth it already. We ended up just letting the kids have the ticket because activities were more applicable for kids. It is fun to do it together as well.
There are a lot of other fun activities that doesn't have fees, some might need early reservations such as feeding small animals and milking cows so better get those (free) tickets when you enter the park.
Ither than that the soft ice cream tasted heavenly so it is a must try."

"Best place to kids! Ours enjoyed everything here, especially sled again and again and again. We would come here again very soon. When you come by free shuttle bus, it is recommended to check the time table in advance because number of buses is limited. You can take bus either Narita station or Namegawa station.
Highly recommended."

"A Sunflower Paradise at Narita Yume Bokujō
Visiting Narita Yume Bokujō in the first week of August was an enchanting experience. The farm boasts two distinct sunflower fields. The first, adorned with shorter sunflowers, was nearing the end of its season with many having dried up. However, the second field, filled with tall sunflowers, was a sight to behold. The vibrant yellow petals against the clear blue sky created a picturesque scenery that left an indelible mark on my memory.
For those wishing to immerse themselves in the tall sunflower field, there's a nominal entrance fee of 300 yen. The best part? You can re-enter as many times as you'd like throughout the day.
The farm itself has an entrance fee, but it's well worth it. Not only are you greeted with a plethora of handmade products, but there's also a delightful array of food options. From scrumptious pizzas to delectable desserts, there's something for every palate. A special mention goes to the sunflower genjer ail, a unique and tasty treat that's a must-try.
Narita Yume Bokujō is a family-oriented destination, offering a range of activities that both kids and adults can enjoy. Whether you're a sunflower enthusiast or just looking for a fun day out, this farm has something for everyone.
There are multiple shops to buy souvenir, plushie, food, and other items to remember the trip.
A few practical tips: there's ample parking available, making it convenient for those driving down. However, having a car is essential as the farm is a bit secluded."
