Reviews Summary
Guests appreciate the excellent location near the monorail and shopping centers, along with friendly staff and good value for money. However, some reviews mention issues with room cleaning frequency under the 'Eco Stay' policy, thin walls leading to noise disturbances, and inconsistent breakfast offerings.
"I booked two rooms both for 5 days. They have this ‘eco stay’ so your room will only be cleaned on 4th day. For the first 3 days, they will only change towel, remove rubbish and make up the bed for you. Not ideal, but I can understand you don’t really need your room to clean every day. However on the cleaning day for both of my rooms, I was expecting the rooms to be cleaned and make sure I left my room before 10am. But surprisingly, when we came back around 9pm, the rooms were not cleaned and we only got a bag of new towels outside our rooms, even the rubbish were still in our rooms. We were very disappointed so I went down to ask the receptionist. The only response I received was a question ‘did you put the do not disturb sign on?’. I swear we didn’t put the ‘DND’ sign on. There is no explanation, not offering to remove the rubbish or ask if we need anything. The impression I received from the reception is that we have put the ‘DMD’ that’s why our rooms were not cleaned. I swear we didn’t and I suggest you to check the camera in the corridor to see if there is any sign outsides our rooms."

"The hotel is a short walk from the monorail which connects to Naha airport to the city. We arrived very early in the morning but I was hotel policy to check in at 4pm, which meant a lot of sitting around.
They do allow you to store your luggage there free of charge which was good. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room we were allocated was quite small with an airplane style and sized bathroom. Having said that, everything worked well, plenty of hot water and to a westerner like myself an amazing toilet.
The biggest problem was the materials that were used to construct the hotel. The walls were paper thin so we heard every single noise that was made in the adjacent room and hallway.
We stayed there 4 nights and only had one quiet night, (apart from being able to hear the lift mechanism every time someone used it, we were on the 12th floor, top floor, so we were located under or near the lift ”engine room"). The other 3 nights (up to and well after midnight) were disrupted by loud, inconsiderate and probably drunk guests.
The view from the window was a concrete wall ( a metre or so from the window) which was probably because of the room rate). This didn't help with slightly claustrophobic feeling of the room.
The provided breakfast was ok and there was coffee available.
We had a double room on the 22th floor and our friends had a twin room on the 4th floor, their bathroom was 3 to 4 times bigger than ours so that may be the way to go if you stay there.
If you are looking for a cheapish option the Toyoko was fine (there is more than one Toyoko in Naha) otherwise I would recommend spending a bit more for a better room or checking what is available elsewhere."

"This hotel breakfast was not good in an away they don’t add food when empty. I wasn’t able to eat rice as well as some dishes even 30 minute before its closure. They said that’s what they can serve."

Some guests have noted that higher floors or corner units tend to offer better views and more space. It's also worth noting the 'Eco Stay' policy, which impacts the frequency of room cleaning.

The 'Eco Stay' and Guest Experience
Guest experiences with this policy have been mixed. Some understand and appreciate the eco-friendly approach, while others have expressed disappointment when rooms were not cleaned as expected on designated days, even without a 'Do Not Disturb' sign being displayed. It's advisable to clarify the exact cleaning schedule upon check-in to manage expectations.
Despite potential service variations, many guests highlight the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. The convenience of free luggage storage and the overall value for money are often cited as positives, especially for budget-conscious travelers.
