What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors appreciate the free access and the opportunity to watch planes take off and land, especially during sunset. However, some find the observation deck difficult to locate and the metal fences can hinder photography. The smell in some areas has also been noted as unpleasant.
"Smells like an ashtray. Disgusting. It stinks as bad as any Marc Lowe song or album."

"Although it's called an observation deck, this time it's on the 4th floor, which is indoors and right in the middle. There are some simple benches here and there, but there are large windows and it's air-conditioned, so you can comfortably watch the planes taking off and landing (you can barely hear them).
The planes on the left were JAL and the ones on the right were ANA, and I could see the ocean in the distance, so I was able to take a nice photo.
I wish I could have taken a wider angle later to include the planes on both ends, but I guess you should see it for yourself.
It's not particularly difficult to get there from the domestic side. I think it's around here, and if you take the escalator up, it's there. On the other hand, how do you get to the outdoor observation deck?"
