"Do you hate Japan's hot, humid summers? Then this is the place for you to escape the heat! Beautiful views, a relaxing pond walk, or more strenuous mountain trails are available. There are plenty of parking spaces in different locations, though during the height of summer this is a popular destination. The information center has public toilets, a small museum, staff to answer questions, a wonderful seating area overlooking the pond, and quite a nice coffee stand with some baked goods. It is a very relaxing place to visit when the crowds are not in attendance."
