What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for Musashi-Sakai Station highlight its convenience as a transfer point, particularly for accessing the Seibu Tamagawa Line and nearby areas like ASIJ. The station and its surroundings are generally described as clean and pleasant, with helpful staff. However, some visitors have experienced issues with ticket purchasing methods at certain entrances, leading to frustration.
"I don't use this station often, but every time I do it seems I wind up at an entrance where you can't buy a ticket with cash. Long story how I lost a bunch of money from one of their fancy electronic cards, but I only use cash now for the trains. Having to detour to get to a usable entrance qualifies as three stars. Or lower.
After that I went to a different entrance and nearly bought the wrong ticket for a different train line. I'm letting the three stars stand, but now I feel extremely generous towards this station.
Monopoly mentality side effect? Second time today I've felt more like a victim than a customer."

"To is station is really helpful for my family and I because when we need to get to ASIJ by train, we go to this station to transfer for the Seibu Tamagawa line and it is really helpful for my family and I to get there. This station is also really clean and big. I also think the staff here are really really nice because they help you get to where you need to be and they can tell you where to go and what direction is going where, which is helpful for some people. I like this station."
